To have your body hydrated, drink an average of 8 glasses daily. Your body needs water to: maintain hydration and remove waste products from the body. Also, enhances digestion and better body shape. Drink water before, during and after exercise.
Keep a daily routine. Doing exercise, eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner are some of the routine activities. Give yourself an exercise of maintaining this daily routine for good health. For instance, “I run for 10 minutes every morning for five days, and it has helped me in maintaining body fitness”.
